Who the controller is

What this site does not do

• There are no forms. We ask for nothing in order to let you read anything.
• No analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel.
• We build no mailing lists and do not profile visitors.

What does happen

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps technical access logs, including IP addresses, for security and availability. Every server on the internet does this.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so opening the page connects your browser to Google's servers. We intend to host the fonts ourselves, which will remove that connection.

Embedded recordings and links lead to YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Once you click, those services' own rules apply and we have no influence over them.

Cookies

The site stores one cookie: your choice from the cookie window, valid for a year. There are no ads and no visitor statistics. Two external services may set their own cookies: Fienta (ticket checkout, only if you agree in the window) and YouTube (the sermon player, only after you press play, in its no-cookie version until playback starts). The editing panel also uses a session cookie, but that concerns only the people who log in to it. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer.

Conference tickets

Ticket sales run through Fienta, an Estonian ticketing platform. The data you give when buying, including the names of attendees, goes to Fienta as a separate controller under its own rules. We receive the attendee list so that we can prepare lunch and let people into the room.

If you e-mail us

We then process what you give us: your address, the message and whatever you put in it. We use it only to reply. We pass those messages to nobody outside the church.

If you write about your faith, your health or your family situation, that is special category data under Article 9 GDPR. We treat it confidentially and store it nowhere except the mailbox.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).

The Pentecostal Church in Poland operates under its own data protection rules, permitted by Article 91 GDPR. In internal church matters those rules may supplement the above.
